How FlashBox Takes Payment
FlashBox takes payment once a FlashBox driver picks up your order. So don't worry too much if you ordered by accident, because you still have time to delete it. There is also no limit to drafted orders, and you won't be charged for them.

Once you have sent your orders on our dashboard, you can download your labels directly.
Our labels utilize code-39 type barcodes that are scanned throughout the delivery process. We also have a code-128 in the bottom right for merchants who want to save a specific code for themselves. For Code128, Order IDs must be 20 characters or less.

Cancel a shipment or edit drop-off information such as an address, unit number or description from the Web App.
How to cancel shipments:
Click the eye icon on the shipment you would like to cancel from the orders list.
On the Order Details page, click “Delete.”
Click “Confirm.”
This shipment will be cancelled.

The top of the excel sheet is an example of how to fill out the sheet. Please don’t edit this section of the document.
The bottom half of the document is where you update your information. This section is called ‘Your real order data.’ Please don't delete rows or change column headers.

Why Save an Order as a Draft ❓
Drafting an order is a helpful tool if you want to wait to place it. You can draft orders to place them all for delivery on one day or wait to place them all at once. If you don't meet the minimum parcel requirements, saving orders for a day when you have at least 5 can be one way to avoid extra fees.
