Live Driver Tracking for Customers

With our Live Driver Tracking feature, customers can get real-time updates on their parcel delivery.

As soon as the drop-off starts, customers can track the delivery in real-time. More specifically, Live Driver Tracking begins when the drivers are on their way to the customer's location.

The tracking link is sent automatically via SMS to every customer. Additionally, you can find the tracking link on the details page to share it with your customers.

How do I select/pick a route?

You can select and pick a route by following the steps below:

Whenever new routes are available, you will automatically receive push notifications or text messages (SMS). You can also check HERE for typical route publishing times.
Click “Available Routes” and swipe down to refresh the page.
Click on the Detail button of the route you wish to pick/select; a route summary screen will appear.
Slide To Accept the route
All routes you selected will appear in the “My Routes” tab. Make sure you swipe down to refresh this screen.

How to Place an Order with a FlashBox Hub

As a FlashBox merchant, you have two main options when it comes to picking up parcels. If you want less than five parcels picked up on any given day, FlashBox Hubs are the solution for you. Offer same-day delivery to customers without having to meet any minimum parcel requirements yourself - so everyone wins! 🥳

What is a FlashBox Hub ❓

A FlashBox Hub is a service courtier location where you can essentially meet our drivers halfway. Drop off your parcels to any Hub, and our drivers will pick them up there before delivering them to your customers!

Here’s a quick guide on placing orders for FlashBox Hubs:

To place an order for delivery using the FlashBox Hub pick-up option, navigate to your dashboard.

➡️ Click Place a Single Order and input the delivery details (see How to Place a Single Order for more assistance).

➡️ When asked to specify your pick-up method, select You Drop-Off.

❗This means you need to bring your orders to any FlashBox Hub location, and we will have a FlashBox delivery agent pick them up from there.

The system will automatically locate the Hub closest to you 📍

What is Same-Day Delivery?

Same-Day Delivery is our off-the-shelf, affordable delivery solution for businesses.

Delivery Minimum

Must fit within our maximum parcel dimensions
Must be located within our delivery zone
Must be adequately packaged
Must not require special attention (i.e. not fragile, perishable or special needs)
Must adhere to all customer terms and conditions

The Same-Day Delivery Process

Merchants must submit their order forms before 11 am
We pick up merchant parcels from their home, store or warehouse
Parcels are brought back to our Sorting Centre to be organized into delivery routes
Independent drivers deliver parcels to the drop-off locations

Note: This process might have client parcels being delivered amongst other clients' items to ensure efficiency.
