Always check the description of the drop-off address to ensure you accurately deliver the parcel. Try to leave parcels hidden from street-view if there are no special instructions.
If the parcel requires a signature or ID check but no customer is at the door, you must return the parcel to our Sorting Centre. This is known as a 'Failed Drop-Off', please mark it on the app.
